Chief Program Officer

NeighborWorks Home Partners is seeking a highly motivated and talented full-time Chief Program Officer to our join our growing organization.

We believe that creating and supporting successful homeownership revitalizes the neighborhoods where we live and work.  At NeighborWorks Home Partners, a NeighborWorks America Homeownership Center, we take a holistic approach by providing a full cycle of homeownership programs to help families build, buy, fix and keep what is likely one of the biggest investments in their lives – their home. This includes community lending programs, pre- and post-purchase counseling and education programs, and single-family development programs in addition to down payment assistance and home improvement lending programs.



Housing Counselor

NeighborWorks Home Partners is seeking a highly motivated and talented full-time Housing Counselor to our join our growing Home Ownership Center.

We believe our education and counseling services to be the cornerstone of what we do.  Our counseling staff are critical to the success of our clients and our organization.  Under the supervision of the HomeOwnership Center Manager, the Housing Counselor will work with the community at large and be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, implementation and delivery of educational and counseling programs focused on homeownership.



Lending Coordinator

NeighborWorks Home Partners is seeking a customer focused and organized full-time Lending Coordinator to our join our growing Lending Department.  Our lending department provides vital resources necessary to help create and support homeowners. Under the supervision of the Lending Program Manager, the Lending Coordinator is the critical first point of contact for clients within the lending department.  This role provides general administrative support to the group, including reporting, calendar and database management, as well as pre and post-closing file review to ensure all client files are complete and accurate.  Additionally, the Lending Coordinator is responsible for creating and updating new loan files in the CRM and loan origination software.
