Otto Bremer Trust Awards Grant to NeighborWorks Home Partners

NeighborWorks Home Partners has received an award from the Otto Bremer Trust to support their work to increase homeownership opportunities and provide additional support for current low-income homeowners. The $50,000 grant was part of over $10 million in funds distributed throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
“NWHP is a great success story in helping to increase homeownership opportunities and provide additional support for current low-income homeowners across the Twin Cities,” said Brian Lipschultz, co-CEO and trustee, OBT. “Their expansion into new communities underscores the importance of helping families buy and keep what is likely one of the biggest investments in their lives—their home.”
The Otto Bremer Trust is a bank holding company and a private charitable trust based in Saint Paul, Minn., that works at the intersection of finance and philanthropy. OBT is the 92 percent owner of Bremer Bank, a regional financial services company, and also manages a diversified investment portfolio. Since its founding, OBT has invested more than $700 million in people, places, and opportunities in the Upper Midwest.
