New Construction in Saint Paul’s Frogtown Neighborhood

NeighborWorks Home Partners is partnering with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation to create a new home at 905 Charles Avenue.  This two-story home will be sold to an owner-occupant once completed, with an income maximum for the buyer of 115 % of the Area Median Income (currently $115,000 for a household of 4.)  The two-story home will have 1540 finished square feet, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2 car detached garage.  It is being built with Enterprise Green Certification.

We expect this home to be listed for sale in the late spring/early summer of 2020. If you are interested in buying this or any other home, it is important to review your credit, prepare a budget, and get pre-approved for a mortgage before the house is listed.  If you’d like to find out if homeownership is for you, or get ready to qualify for a mortgage, we recommend meeting with an advisor or attending a Home Stretch workshop.
