We are adjusting our operations to follow best practices and to more safely serve you.

- All services will be provided virtually. We are delivering our full range of services. This includes pre-purchase advising, foreclosure prevention, and refinance counseling. It also includes all of our lending services: refinance, first mortgage, down payment assistance, and home improvement.

- In-person activities are suspended at this time. This includes Homebuyer Basics and Home Stretch Homebuyer Education. Framework online education may be an option for many homebuyers. Check with your mortgage provider. Click here to register for Framework.

- Our office building is closed. Our staff are working remotely and are available by phone or email during our regular business hours. If you have physical documents to drop off, please put them in an envelope labeled with the name of the staff person you are working with. These can be dropped in a secure mail slot at our office. We will hold envelopes for 24 hours before opening them.
