NeighborWorks invites you to participate in NeighborWorks Week!
Since 1983 – that’s 40 years of empowering communities for success — NeighborWorks Week has presented an opportunity for NeighborWorks locations across the country to showcase all we do, together with residents, to make great neighborhoods possible for so many people.
We invite you to our yard at 533 Dale Street North in St. Paul’s Frogtown neighborhood on June 15, 2023 from 6-8pm for an evening of food, gardening, and puppet theatre! We will be providing free food from our grill right at 6pm. From 6-7pm, we will be joined by the Urban Farm & Garden Alliance and the Mulch Project for a demo and installation of shredded cardboard mulch in our garden. You may also get to take home vegetable plants for your own garden!
Following the gardening, we invite you to enjoy a performance of Tucker’s Robot, a puppet show from Open Eye Theatre’s award-winning Driveway Tour program. We will also be joined by volunteers from one of our generous sponsors, First Bank & Trust.
This event is free and open to the public.
