I have worked in a variety of settings in various roles for public schools, universities, libraries, and healthcare organizations. I also have an extensive background in performing and composing music, and on election days you can find me working as an election judge for Minneapolis. I highly value working with mission driven, non-profit organizations, and I am thrilled to work with the NeighborWorks Home Partners team to help our communities achieve home ownership.
Chris Lubin
Lending Coordinator
I have been in and around the mortgage and real estate arenas for over 25 years and have worked at NeighborWorks as needed since 2013. I am a lending administrator, which means I can do whatever is asked of me. More specifically I administer our down payment assistance. (Chris is too humble to say this himself, but he has excellent taste in socks, and quite a colorful collection.)
