NeighborWorks Home Partners helps bring houses back to life.

We rehabilitate neglected properties, often those that have been vacant for years, and make them shine again as clean, structurally and mechanically updated, energy efficient and low-maintenance homes that are affordable and beautiful.

When we have homes for sale they are listed on the Multiple Listing Service and are open to offers from any qualified buyer.  The terms and qualifications may vary from home to home: some are restricted based on income level, some may require participation in a land trust, and some have no restrictions at all.

If you are interested in buying one of the homes we develop, your first step is to make sure you are ready for a mortgage. We recommend making an appointment with one of our homeownership advisors to review your credit, learn about the homebuying process, and get on the path to choosing your home loan and real estate professional.
