Homeownership Opportunity Minneapolis (HOM) Approved Education and Counseling Agencies

To be eligible for HOM down payment assistance, buyers must complete a homeownership and financial wellness course from an approved agency and be referred to the program. Buyers must also complete an approved homebuyer education program.

Approved Pre-Purchase Counseling providers:

You must complete your homeownership and financial wellness counseling program no later than three business days prior to closing. Certificates are good for one year.
