NeighborWorks Home Partners is fully approved to provide all counseling and homebuyer education services for the NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance program. Buyers who take Framework online education must also complete a one-hour in-person counseling appointment. Buyers purchasing a multi-unit property must also complete Landlord Education.
You are not required to work with NeighborWorks Home Partners to receive your homebuyer education. Below is a list of approved providers. All agencies provide classes in English and additional languages as noted.
