NeighborhoodLIFT Approved Education Providers
NeighborWorks Home Partners is fully approved to provide all counseling and homebuyer education services for the NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance program. Buyers who take Framework online education must also complete a one-hour, 1-on-1 counseling appointment. Buyers purchasing a multi-unit property must also complete Landlord Education before closing on the property (not before applying for the program.)

You are not required to work with NeighborWorks Home Partners to receive your homebuyer education. Below is a list of approved providers. All agencies provide classes in English and additional languages as noted.
